Renovation of an educational facility in Greenwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work will be executed under a single Prime Contract, executed on a lump sum basis. Prime Contract will include: Demolition and removal of existing centrifugal water cooled chiller, cooling tower and associated systems and construction. Furnish and install new air cooled chillers with remote evaporators. A "Bidder" is defined as any entity submitting a Bona Fide bid for the Work as defined in the Project Manual and as described above. Subcontractors and material suppliers may purchase plans. Bids will be executed on proposal forms furnished by the Architect/Engineer, which are in accordance with the Indiana State Board of Accounts Form #96, as required by the Statutes of the State of Indiana. This work shall be completed using Federal grant funding. All labor costs shall be subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates for the County where the Work is to be completed. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts.
