Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor to provide work as indicated on the Project Drawings and herein specified. Nathan Hale Elementary School 1. Replacement of suspended acoustical tile ceiling systems, grilles/diffusers and lighting systems. Removal and re-installation of ceiling-mounted items. Provision of metal stud and drywall bulkheads. Painting of exterior exposed tectum/steel soffits. All proposals shall be enclosed and sealed in an envelope and have a space on the outside of the envelope properly filled in with the name of the Contractor, name of the trade, name of the job and date of opening. All contractors submitting bids must submit a completed Contractor's Qualification Statement (AIA Document A305) and a minimum of three (3) public school district references where the contractor has completed work of a similar nature in the past five (5) years. This information must be submitted with the Bid Proposal and shall be considered a required Bid Document. Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification Contractors submitting bids shall be notified after Bid Opening as to the Bidder's List and Base Bid Proposal by all Contractors.
