Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, or a certified check payable to the order of the Owner, certified by a responsible bank for an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, will furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond, execute the Contract and proceed with the work. A 100% Performance Bond and a Labor/Material Bond will be required of the successful bidder, written by a Surety approved by the Owner. The Board of Education, Thornton Fractional Township High School District 215 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any or all irregularities or technicalities in the bid, and award the bid in the manner that best serves the interests of the Owner
