Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Schiller Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 11,2024 project was awarded to Suburban General Construction, Inc. awarded amount is $356,823.66.** The work shall take place on River Street from west dead end to Forster Avenue and on Wesley Terrace from Eastwood Avenue to Lawrence Court. In addition to this, there shall be about 60 feet of Sewer Improvements at the North end of Village Hall brick pavers parking lot. The scope of work includes the installation of 8" ductile iron watermain, directionally bored 1" copper services with box, valves, hydrants and HMA patching on water trench. The work shall also include the installation of new 12" PVC Sewer, 1 RDMH, brick pavers remove and reset at the Village Hall north end parking lot. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No proposals will be issued after 4:00 P.M.. on Monday the 5- day of February 2024. All bid proposals offered must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to the Village of Schiller Park in an amount which shall not be less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted by the Village, a contract will be entered into with the Village. No bid proposal shall be considered unless accompanied by such a bid bond or check. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Schiller Park for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of bid opening. The Contractor and Subcontractor shall comply with all regulations issued pursuant to Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130), and other applicable Federal Laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards. The Village of Schiller Park reserves the right to determine the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bid proposals.
