Site work and new construction of a residential development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,401-square-foot, two-story above grade residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project is a new construction single family home. TCHFH is looking for qualified companies to bid on: Sitework Gu6ers SolarPower Concrete - Structural Concrete - Flatwork Insula9on - Spray Foam Fdn. Waterproofing HVAC Drywall Hanging Sewer & Water Plumbing & Finishing Roofing Electrical Carpet. Foundation work is scheduled to begin winter 2024. All other work will follow Summer 2024. project specification for start dates for each type of work. This project will be partially funded with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds and must comply with all HUD requirements. The Subcontractors on this project must comply with federal contract provisions, including, but not limited to: Suspension and Debarment; Equal Employment Opportunity; Minority Business Enterprise; Women Business Enterprise; Section 3 Economic Opportunities Requirements; and Drug Free Workplace as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
