Description: Contractor shall supply all necessary personnel, labor (at a prevailing wage), tools, supplies, materials, equipment, insurance, incidentals and properly equipped vehicles to provide DSH with annual maintenance services and repairs on the six (6) chillers and five (5) chiller cooling towers, Eddy current testing and analysis, and temporary chiller rental if required, as defined in Section 6, to the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Napa, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement as a public works maintenance project. Bidder must provide a copy of current Contractors State License, (C-38), issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be February 15, 2024 through February 14, 2027. Deadline for Submission of Questions February 2, 2024 2:00PM
