As of February 12, 2024 bids were rejected no definite date for the rebid. Walk-In Freezer Repair - Public Works < $10,000.00 Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted by email to the CDFW RFQ Contact: Ryan Salsman Ryan.Salsman@wildlife.ca.gov Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) all labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits and taxes necessary to repair the walk-in freezer. The Contractor shall visit and determine the actual condition of the site prior to submitting a quote for the repair work and shall familiarize themselves with the work in place. Contractor shall investigate conditions character, quality, and quantity of surface, and subsurface materials of obstacles to be encountered. Failure by the Contractor to acquaint himself/herself with site conditions and available information will not relieve him/her from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The submission of a bid will be considered as conclusive evidence that the Contractor has made such examination. No claim of the Contractor shall be made as a result of different physical conditions of any item or exposed work if such condition is exposed and present at the time of inspection. If any unknown physical condition exists or is not exposed at the time of site inspection, unless noted in these specifications, an equitable adjustment will be made.
