Renovation of an educational facility in Climax, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 29, 2024, contract has been awarded and sub-bids received. Release 2 - Athletic Renovations BID PACKAGES BP 03.3 - Concrete Footings and Flatwork BP 04.2 - Masonry BP 06.1 - Wood Framing and Misc. General Trades BP 09.9 - Painting BP 11.6 - Athletic Equipment BP 13.3 - Bleachers BP 26.1 - Electrical Improvements BP 31.2 - Earthwork & Misc. Utility Improvements BP 31.2 - Earthwork & Misc. Utility Improvements BP 32.1 - Chain Link Fencing BP 32.9 - Turf and Grasses Exhibit 2- Project Specifications and Exhibit 3 -Project Drawings for initial Review as well as an RFP document which indicates the assumed Bid Packages and pertinent key dates to the bidding schedule. Exhibit 1-Construction Manual will be released no later than February 19, 2024. That document will have detailed Bid Package Scopes of work as well as bid forms and contract information. CSCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of CSCS.
