To provide proposed services associated with city construction work. Award: The City of Petoskey will consider awarding a contract within thirty (30) day of the bid opening. Rejection Waiver: The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities and to make an award that is deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY.
