Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Petoskey, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes but is not necessarily limited to, soil erosion and sedimentation controls measures, tree and shrub removal, pavement saw cutting, removal of asphalt pavement, removal of dry laid field stone wall, earth excavation, removal of underground fuel storage tanks, removal of underground fuel transmission lines, complete installation and hook-up of 20,000 gallon underground double wall FRP gas and diesel storage tank and appurtenances, installation of underground fuel transmission lines, pea stone backfill, earth backfill, concrete flatwork, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt infill paving, concrete unit block retaining wall and lawn restoration. Bid security, Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required. The Contractor will not be required to pay Prevailing Wages Rates for the work on this project.
