The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with assistance in the materials management planning process as required by Part 115 of Public Act 451. Emmet County is seeking a firm who is knowledgeable in the Part 115 Laws and the current Michigan Materials Management Planning process. The ideal firm would also have experience working with Emmet County's current plan, understanding of their ordinance and knowledge of their extensive operations. The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals, or parts of any proposal,for any reason whatsoever and waive technicalities.
