Renovation of a mixed-use development in Petoskey, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids will be accepted from bidders under seal to Owner at 10:00 a.m. on April 2, 2024. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered or accepted. Bids will be received for the following project: Districtwide Network Upgrades Project Description: Upgrade the intra-building fiber optic backbone cable (all buildings), replace the data cable to all wireless access points (all buildings), replace and cleanup network cabinets (all buildings) and install a point-tomultipoint wireless network at the athletic fields. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests.
