Reference Number 0000262893 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/26 12:00:00 PM CST This Request for Quotes Will Establish Unit Price for the Supply and Delivery of Aggregate Material at the Specified Location. Estimated Quantities for the Material Required at the Location Are Shown in Table 1: Estimated Material Quantities and Distribution. The Delivery Deadline Date for the Material at the Delivery Location is Specified in Table 1. The Contractor Shall Deliver the Material Before the Delivery Deadline. Please Submit Unit Bid Prices for Each Material Identified in Table 1. For Taxation Purposes, Separate Unit Bid Prices Are Required for Haul and for Aggregate Production. Unit Bid Prices Shall Not Include Any Taxes. The Quantities Are Estimates and Final Quantities May Vary. Please Enter a Unit Price Only for Materials That You Are Capable of Supplying Prior to the Deadline. The Unit of Measurement Shall Be Per Tonne. Contractor is to Provide Scale Tickets for Each Load. Bidders Will Be Awarded Purchase Orders (Po) for Individual Materials on the Basis of Lowest Overall Cost (Including Haul) for Each Delivery Location. This Means That the Lowest Bid Price May Not Be Selected in All Cases. The Po Number Must Appear on All Invoices, Which Are Presented for Payment. Traffic Gravel, Class a Gravel Traffic Gravel, Class "A" Gravel The aggregate for Traffic Gravel, Class "A" Gravel shall be in accordance with the Specifications for Aggregate for Traffic Gravel, the gradation shall be as follows: Passing 19.0mm sieve 100% Passing 12.5mm sieve 75-90% Passing 4.75mm sieve 45-70% Passing 425um sieve 10-35% Passing 75um sieve 8-15% Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Work Shall Be Completed Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before 15 February 2024 Liquidated Damages, After This Specified Time Limit, Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Non-performance The Normal Penalty for Non-performance Will Be Removal From the Bidders List for Two Years. Reinstatement After Two Years Will Be on Approval of the Department. Working With Others Supplier Will Need to Cooperate and Coordinate Deliveries With Contractors Managing the Stockpile or Placement of Material on Site.
