Reference Number 0000292363 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/09 12:00:00 PM CDT Construction of bituminous pavement including milling of the existing bituminous pavement, concrete curbing and catch basin installations on Provincial Road 200, from Provincial Road 210 to 1.8km South of Provincial Road 210, for a total construction distance of 1.5km in the Town of St Adolphe, in the Rural Municipality of Ritchot. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Completion Date Shall Be Defined as All Work. The Work Must Be Completed No Later Than September 08, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for Applicable Road Work is October 31 of Every Calendar Year. Award is subject to final approval Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
