Reference Number 0000279007 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/11 04:00:00 PM CDT The purpose of the RFP is to obtain a cost for Garbage Collection for residential, commercial and industrial properties within the RM of Ritchot. Municipality of Ritchot will require a Certificate of Liability Insurance be included in the Proposal. In this certificate, the Municipality of Ritchot will require the following: a) Bidder's full name and address with contact name and phone number; b) Description of your business operation; c) Commercial General Liability with a limit no less than $2,000,000.00; and d) Confirmation of Automobile Liability Insurance or Commercial Automobile Liability with a limit no less than $2,000,000.00. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from bidders for garbage services and to enter into an agreement whose bid is judged to best serve the interest of the Municipality of Ritchot when evaluated. The agreement/contract shall be for a period of 36 months with the possibility to renew for 12 months and is anticipated to commence on January 1, 2025. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
