The City of Eagle Pass is seeking a qualified consultant to coordinate, prepare and submit the permit application to amend an existing presidential permit. The City's objective is to engage with the selected firm to amend the City of Eagle Pass, Camino Real International Bridge (CRIB) 1996 Presidential Permit. The firm will provide all necessary resources to successfully process and acquire the presidential permit amendment. Proposals from qualified firms must describe in detail the methodology, strategies, and timelines to perform the presidential permit amendment. The City's intent under the agreed contract with the selected firm is to ensure a successful timely submission and approval of the permit application. Deadline for Submission of Questions 01/29/2024 Deadline for Responses to Questions 02/02/2024 The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Submissions Entirely at Its Discretion, Waive Technicalities or Irregularities, and/or Accept Those Proposals Which Are Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
