The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting statements of qualifications from interested firms for park improvements in the downtown area. The Construction Manager at Risk will coordinate with design staff and city personnel for improvements at Hal F. Bowles Riverwalk Park, Downtown Plaza and Fort Duncan. Please note that Eagle Pass is considered a remote location by many delivery companies and couriers. Offerors must allow adequate time for delivery, and not assume overnight delivery will reach the CITY prior to opening date and time Deadline for Submission of Questions 11/10/2023 Any requests for interpretation, clarification, etc. must be either submitted in writing to the City Purchasing Agent or online at www.PublicPurchase.com at least five (5) business days prior to RFQ opening or will not be considered
