Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Federal Transit Administration recently granted the City of Sierra Vista funding to assist with the construction of facilities located within a 0.5 mile radius of existing bus stops. The project proposes the installation of public improvements in the form of sidewalks, curb and gutter, shared use paths, driveways, and/or pedestrian lighting along an existing shared use path. The construction of the project is funded using FTA funds. The Consultant must be able to draft construction-ready plans and specification in accordance with all FTA requirements including but not limited Build America, Buy America, Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, and Buy America under 2 CFR 200. 1. 5th Street - Fry Blvd north approx. 800ft 2. Bel Aire Place - Wilcox Dr north approx. 800ft 3. Judd Street - Timothy to Busby 4. Taylor Drive - Nelson Dr to Cyr Center Park 5. Cyr Park SUP Lighting - along North Ave - Kayetan to Cyr Center 6. Bartow Drive - Carmichael to 2nd Street 7. Bartow Drive - 2nd Street to 5th Question Submission Deadline:February 7, 2024, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:February 14, 2024, 5:00pm 8. Bartow Drive - 5th to 7th Street 9. Fab Ave - Fry Blvd to Veterans Dr. As of November 7, 2025, construction documents are under final review. A constructio start date has not yet been established, but it is anticipated to begin in the 2026 calendar year.
