Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Federal Transit Administration recently granted the City of Sierra Vista funding to assist with the construction of facilities located within a 0.5 mile radius of existing bus stops. The project proposes the installation of public improvements in the form of sidewalks, curb and gutter, shared use paths, driveways, and/or pedestrian lighting along an existing shared use path. The construction of the project is funded using FTA funds. The Consultant must be able to draft construction-ready plans and specification in accordance with all FTA requirements including but not limited Build America, Buy America, Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates, and Buy America under 2 CFR 200. 1. 5th Street - Fry Blvd north approx. 800ft 2. Bel Aire Place - Wilcox Dr north approx. 800ft 3. Judd Street - Timothy to Busby 4. Taylor Drive - Nelson Dr to Cyr Center Park 5. Cyr Park SUP Lighting - along North Ave - Kayetan to Cyr Center 6.
