Renovation of an educational facility in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Middle School Office Renovation The main office suite will receive extensive renovations. Work includes interior demolition, light gauge metal wall framing, drywall systems, acoustical lay-in ceilings, tile, vinyl plank, and carpet flooring, painting, new doors, casework, and plumbing/mechanical/electrical systems. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance. Each bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Berrien Springs Public Schools Board of Education or the superintendent of the school district. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of Thirty (30) calendar days after the date set for bid opening. Berrien Springs Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid that is deemed most advantageous to the public interest.
