Reference Number 0000340069 Perform maintenance and repairs to City facilities on an on-call, as-needed hourly basis as described in the Scope of Work (Exhibit "A"). Must possess and maintain a current General Contractor B license and a C-10 Electrical Specialty license. Contractor will be required to enter into a Professional Service Agreement with the City (Exhibit "C"). The PSA includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Term will be 1 year with the City's option to renew the agreement for up to four additional 1-year periods. Prevailing wages are to be paid as applicable. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers Compensation (see Section 11 of PSA). City Business Certificate is required. The selected contractor must be available to respond to emergency requests by arriving on-site within 1 hour of request for service. Non-emergency requests shall have a response time no longer than 24 hours. Preference may be given to contractor who has experience with repairs in a marine/coastal environment. The selected contractor shall provide all tools, testing equipment, all transportation to and from the job site and required safety equipment. The selected contractor shall maintain a valid driver's license and supply a cell phone number to the City to reach contractor's employees in the field. All required permits shall be provided by the City at no cost to the contractor. Agreement will be for labor costs. Parts will be purchased and supplied by the City.
