Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in McFarland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids for a single contract, consisting of the following: - 80 lineal feet new 6-inch PVC sanitary sewer - 90 lineal feet new 1-inch copper water service - New drinking fountain - 38 lineal feet new frost wall footing - 120 square feet subgrade preparation for utility building - 400 square feet new 4-inch concrete sidewalk - 150 square yards 3" asphalt paving The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Upon request, the Owner will provide Bidder accessto the Site to conductsuch examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for preparing and submitting a successful Bid. Bidder shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations relative to excavations, "utility locates", security or safety concerns, liability insurance and applicable safety programs. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies.
