The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, fuel, power and water, and performing all operations in connection with excavating, transporting, and placing approximately 49,300 cubic yards of sand, silt and dredged material from Door Creek to the upland dewatering site and providing environmental protection measures to meet the requirements of the technical specifications and permits A. Emerging Small Business(ESB) Goal. The goal of this project is ten percent (10%) ESB participation. ESBs utilizations are shown as a percentage of the totalBid. B. Emerging Small BusinessInvolvement.
