This will be a three-year contract terminating after the 2026 construction season. The contract will be a three-phase construction season each year with a list of repairs provided to the contractor by the City of Hamtramck in the early spring, summer, and fall. It is anticipated that if the repair list in the fall cannot be completed in time it will be finished the following spring. The anticipated start date, weather permitting for the 2024 season is May 3, 2024, and substantially completed by November 15, 2024, and final completion by November 30, 2024. Work schedules for seasons 2025 and 2026 will be determined during the 2024 construction season.
