Reference Number 0000342464 The proposed project consists of the installation of approximately 170 full lead water service line replacements. The scope of this project is to install new one (1), one and a half (1 1/2 ), or two (2) inch Type K copper service lines from the water main to a minimum of 18 inches inside the building per EGLE lead and copper rule along 4 road section locations over a 1-year period. The anticipated start date, weather permitting for the 2024 season is no later than April 15, 2024, and fully completed by September 15, 2024. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % -- Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal.
