Reference Number 0000349535 This document sets forth the general specifications, minimum requirements and responsibilities, of the Contractor in providing Tree Trimming and Tree Removal (including stump removal) services for the City of Hamtramck's trees. The successful bidder shall be required to supply the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and supplies and insurance to trim or remove trees or stumps as designated by the City. All work to be done on an as-needed basis with no guarantee of any certain quantity. Question Deadline 05/15/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No. Purchasing Agent and City Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the proposal, or, to award the contract to a firm other than the low bidder in this RFP. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously, in error or the other price is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
