Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor Are Imposed as a Requirement of This Contract. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, to Waive Informalities in the Proposal Procedure and to Accept Any Proposal Deemed to Be in the City Best Interest. The Wayzata Blvd & Broadway Ave Signal Improvements shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the traffic signal, street construction, sidewalk, and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and specified herein. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 18, 2024, Final completion- on or before November 1, 2024.
