Renovation of a conference / convention center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

Question Deadline: 1/31/2024 05:00 PM (CT) Interested individuals or firms shall provide a written proposal that will include a description of the firm as well as a short biography of all personnel that will have direct involvement on the account, the approach the firm will take to address the Scope of Services, and references. Once proposals are reviewed, firms will be scored according to the scoring rubric provided below. Pricing should not be included in response 1. All documents that the firm prepares as a part of this service agreement will be the property of LRCVB and subject to all open disclosure laws including the Arkansas Freedom of Information ACT (FOIA). The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide restoration services to the terrazzo floor at the Robison Center. The Contract Term would be for one (1) year term with services renewable on an annual basis for up to five (5) additional one (1) year terms. LRCVB reserves the right to withdraw the Request for Qualifications for any reason. LRCVB further reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of any Responses received.
