Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Worthington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Water System Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Contract #4 Contract #4 consists of the replacement of approximately 462 water service meters with radio-read antenna, the purchase of a portable reading device for radio-read meters, the purchase of billing and meter reading software, and all other appurtenances shown on the plans or detailed in the specifications that are necessary for a complete and operable water meter replacement project. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. Each Bidder must fully comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions as set forth in the contract documents to achieve Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation during the performance of this contract. The bidder commits itself to the program for DBE participation and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of the bid conditions by submitting a properly signed bid. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Worthington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Town of Worthington reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
