Reference Number 0000262797 Question Acceptance Deadline Jan 30, 2024 02:00 PM CST BGIS and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) D Division Real Property and Asset Management has a requirement for the cleaning, removal, disposal and/or recycling of hazardous waste material from the RCMP Indoor Firing range located in Winnipeg, Manitoba during the proposed period of July 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027, with the irrevocable option to extend for One (1) additional - One (1) year period. The cleaning, removal, and disposal of hazardous waste materials into recycling containers, including lead bullets, lead bullet fragments, lead dust and empty bullet casings and other target & firearm waste products, from the RCMP Indoor Firing range and filter management for the range. This must adhere to the Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and the Manitoba Health and Safety Regulations. The RCMP completed range renovations at the RCMP indoor Firing range located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The bullet containment systems have been upgraded to a bullet trap design that consists of a granulated rubber material, sloped on a stair-step frame that captures the bullets predominately intact, as well as bullet fragments and lead dust. Empty bullet casings and other target & firearm waste products and materials can also be found within the various range areas. Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits for bodily injury and property damage liability of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence, including personal injury, products/completed operations coverage, premises/operations liability, independent contractors liability and broad form contractual liability specifically in support of, but not limited to, the indemnity provisions set forth in this Agreement. The foregoing policy shall: (i) include a waiver of subrogation in favour of Purchaser and any Affected Party; (ii) be endorsed to include Purchaser and any Affected Party as an additional insured; and (iii) contain cross-liability and severability of interest coverage.
