Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manistee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to lucas.richardson@spicergroup.com with a copy sent to Project Assistant at anne.bentley@spicergroup.com. All email questions must be received by 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 1, 2024 The Project consists of the following: Crushing and shaping the existing beach parking lot, repaving the new parking lot with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), applying new pavement markings including special markings, constructing a new concrete sand barrier wall, planting dune grass, furnishing and installing new signage, replacing limited storm structure castings, and cold milling and resurfacing a section of 5th Avenue. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
