The estimated quantities on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the lowest responsible bidder. \ LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. \ BID SECURITY: All bids shall be submitted electronically and shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Hales Corners in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to the Village of Hales Corners as liquidated damages.
