Reference Number 0000262930 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/26 12:00:00 PM CST Providing equipment and labour to perform snow removal operations at the Otterburne Weigh Station located on Provincial Trunk Highway 52 at the junction of Provincial Trunk Highway 59 and Provincial Trunk Highway 52, in the Province of Manitoba during the 2023/24 winter season. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidate Damages A Liquidated Damage of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snow Removal That Has Not Been Completed Within 24 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Current Assigned Project is Complete. The Maximum Liquidated Damage to Be Charged at Any Time is Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day. Completion Date The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than April 30, 2024. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is April 30, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
