SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B -Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide dumpster-type containers, truck(s) and driver(s), to collect, remove, and dispose of all solid wastes and recyclables belonging to and generated by Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) at various facility locations in Massena, NY. All in exact accordance with this solicitation and the attached Statement of Work (Attachment A). CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a time and materials, contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period for this requirement includes a (1) one-year base period that starts on or about February 1, 2024, and four (4) one-year option periods.
