Description of Type of Work: Reconstructing 1,400 ft. of Franklin Street with new curb and gutter; asphalt paving; storm sewer; sidewalk; driveways; and street trees. Location of Work: Franklin Street Engineer's Estimate: $1,300,000.00 Estimated Completion Date: September 18, 2024 The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid--and bidders shall hold bids open--until sixty days after the bid opening. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this Project. The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest and best bid.
