SBU Admin Building, Office of Advancement - Large Conference Room Overview: This proposal is for a new Touchpanel controlled Conference Room with multiple inputs, wireless presention, and USB So Codec conferencing from the Room PC. Stony Brook University intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law 163(6) and NYS Education Law 355(5)(a) for the above-referenced products. A SEALED BID WILL NOT BE HELD. This Procurement opportunity is limited to New York State Certified Businesses pursuant to Articles 15-A and 17-B of the New York State Executive Law. Interested parties should contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement for more details about this opportunity Contract term: One Year County(ies): All NYS counties Location: Stony Brook University SBU Admin Building, Office of Advancement - Large Conference Room Overview: This proposal is for a new Touchpanel controlled Conference Room with multiple inputs, wireless presentation, and USB Soft Codec conferencing from the Room PC. Video: System will consist of the following Video Sources: - OFE PC (HDMI) - Credenza - Two HDMI Inputs - Table Fliptop Boxes - One HDMI Input - Wall Above Credenza - Wireless Presentation Device (HDMI) - Credenza Provide two Fliptop Table Boxes, configured as follows: - HDMI One Touch Retractor - Two Network One Touch Retractors (Touchpanel, OFE LAN) - Two AC Power Module - USB-A and USB-C Charging Module A Video Switcher and twisted pair extenders will route signals to the following Displays: - 86" 4K Display (Front Wall) - 75" 4K Display (Side Wall - Left) - 75" 4K Display (Side Wall - Right) Audio: The following Audio Sources will be provided: - Program Audio - Six Ceiling Microphones An audio DSP will be installed and programmed to distribute audio signals to six ceiling speakers. Conferencing: A Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) Camera will be mounted below the Display on the Front Wall. The PTZ camera will connect directly to the OFE PC via USB. Six Ceiling microphones will be installed in the ceiling to provide Table coverage. The DSP will require an OFE Client VOIP drop for Audio Conferencing dialing. Control: A Control Processor, ten inch color Touchpanel and Ethernet Switch work in conjunction execute system commands and device tasks. The Primary connection point for the Touchpanel will be via Wallplate above the Credenza. In addition, Auxiliary connection point(s) will be provided in each Fliptop Table Box. Equipment Rack: AV equipment will be installed in a new Three Bay Credenza. Rack to include rack shelves, blank panels, lacer bars, rear rack rails and surge protector. Owner Furnished Equipment: Room PC with HDMI Output (All required licenses, software and accessories) Electrical & Data Requirements: A 120V; 15-Amp duplex is required at Front Wall Display location. A 120V; 15-Amp duplex is required at Side Wall - Left Display location. A 120V; 15-Amp duplex is required at Side Wall - Right Display location. A 120V; 15-Amp duplex is required under Table at each Fliptop Box. A 120V; 15-Amp duplex is required at Credenza Rack. An OFE Client VOIP drop is required at the DSP within Credenza Rack. Two OFE Client LAN drops are required at Credenza Rack for the OFE PC and Mersive Solstice. Two OFE Client LAN drops are required under Table for each Fliptop Box for OFE Laptops Furniture Coordination Items: Because this is Custom Furniture, no refunds or exchanges are permitted. Request Client provide Signoff on Credenza Configuration Order Form designating Standard Laminate, High Pressure Laminate and Color. ** Note, Client Facilities or Millworker to provide Table routing for Fliptop Table Boxes. Each Fliptop Table Box will require 120V power, provided by Others.
