Q&A Due Date: 2/15/2024 at 2:00PM via Jaggaer Q&A Follow Up Mandatory Site Visit: 2/14/2024 at 10:00AM, Cammack Building This invitation is for elevator upgrades in the Cammack building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project outlined in the event and attachments including all items indicated throughout the event. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Substantial Date for Completion: One hundred twenty (120) calendar days after issuance of the Written Purchase Order. Final Date for Completion: One hundred fifty (150) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order. Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated.
