Bid Package 1 - General Trades Bid Package 7 - Flooring Bid Package 2 - Masonry Bid Package 8 - Painting Bid Package 3 - Metals Bid Package 9 - Fire Suppression Bid Package 4 - Casework Bid Package 10 - HVAC & Plumbing Bid Package 5 - Drywall Bid Package 11 - Electrical Bid Package 6 - Ceramic & Terrazzo Bid Package 12 - Elevators Bids will be received from the Individual Bid package Contractors on a Lump Sum Bid Basis for each of the Individual Bid Package(s) as described herein. All phases of the work described and outlined within the Individual Bid Package Descriptions will be completed by the successful Individual Bid Package Contractor. Bids shall be submitted in the manner herein described and on the Official Bid Form included with the General Conditions and Specifications and shall be subject to all conditions set forth and described in the Bid Documents. Bids shall be submitted on the Official Bid Form supplied by the CM/GC. The Official Bid Form shall be requested by contacting the office of the CM/GC, attention Jeff Edwards. The sample Bid Form contained within the project specifications shall not be used for bid submission. Any modifications to the official bid form may be considered invalidation. Failure to comply with the foregoing requirements will be cause for invalidation of the submitted bid. METHOD OF AWARD Award shall be issued on the best value to owner bid by a responsible bidder. The Bid Form supplied by the CM/GC will contain all qualifying requirements and forms. It is the intent of the owner to use all available funds. *The value represents the entire project and not this specific package. All request for addendum clarifications prior to bid shall be directed to the CMAR no later than close of business day, February 14th, 2024.
