Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Martins, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work for the project entitled "Traci Drive Improvements" consists of grading, storm drainage, asphalt paving, and curb and gutter and sidewalks and other appurtenant and incidental work necessary for a complete project. The length of the project is approximately 800 linear feet. Bids shall be made out on the forms contained in the Project Manual and shall be accompanied by bid security, a certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent(5%) of the bid. A Performance Bond and a Material and Labor Payment Bond in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty days. The Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor, in effect as of the date of the specifications shall apply to this project (Wage Order Number 30,for Cole County). The City of St. Martins is exempt from taxation pursuant to Missouri Statutes. All purchases of tangible personal property and materials to be incorporated into or consumed in the construction of this project shall be made by contractors and subcontractors on a tax-exempt basis. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
