The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project Approximately 2500 SF of PCC SIDEWALK Replacement Related items including removals, restoration, traffic control, and erosion control. Completion Date: September 20, 2024 available online on Friday, January 19, 2024, The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. liquidated damages for noncompliance with said completion provisions at the rate of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each day thereafter that the work remains incomplete.
