**As of February 23, 2024, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project includes but is not limited to the following bid items: Rehabilitation of the existing wet well, valve structure, and sluice gate including replacement of the existing pumps, floats, controllers, electrical and control wiring, the interior of the wet well and the valve structures cleaned and epoxy lined, replacement of sluice gate, operator, and floats in the sluice gate structure, reconnection of the force mains and all other pertinent work and material necessary to complete the project. The Work shall be constructed in accordance with the Maple Berkshire Relief Station Rehabilitation Documents dated January 2024. All work under this Bid and the resulting contract shall comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. and the other applicable laws and ordinances. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
