Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project at Prospect H.S. (Bid Period 6) is for the renovations of the Swimming Pool area and consists of the removal and re plastering of the pool and tile re grouting, the work for this bid package is scheduled to take place during the months of June thru July of 2024 Prime Trade Agreements for the Work will be assigned to the Construction Manager. All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Township High School District 214.Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the value of the work. Compliance with Prevailing Wages for Cook County and all equal employment practices is required.
