The site consists of an irregular parcel bounded on the north by the existing school and bounded on the south, east, and west by fields, consisting of approximately 17,300 sq. feet on the existing Crosswind Elementary School Campus. The CSD reserves the right to reject any and all responses received as a result of this RFQ/P or, subject to complying with applicable law, to negotiate separately with any source whatsoever in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the CSD.
