For the purpose of this contract the owner will be represented by the project Manager appointed by BGIS who will fulfill the role defined for the BGIS Representative. The Work Includes but Not Limited to: .1 Demolish Existing Reception Counter, Walls, Door, and Glazing, as Indicated. .2 Install New Walls and Ballistic Panel, as Indicated. .3 Install New Carpet Tile as Required to Match Existing (Provided by Owners). .4 Install New T-bar Ceiling as Required to Match Existing (Tiles to Be Provided by Owners). .5 Procure and Install New Doors, as Indicated. .6 Procure and Install New Ballistic Glazing, as Indicated. .7 Install New Counter, as Indicated. .8 Remove and Relocate Lighting as Required and Re-use to Match Existing. .9 Remove Existing Receptacles and Install New Receptacles as Indicated. .10 Remove Existing Light Switches and Install New Light Switches as Indicated. .11 Install New Electrical Panel in Room 108.9, as Indicated. .12 Install New Exit Signage. .13 Install New Emergency Lighting. .14 Install New & Relocate Existing Power Door Operator as Indicated. .15 Install Conduit Rough-ins for the Future Security System as Indicated. .16 Demolish Existing Ductwork and Grille as Per Mechanical Demolition Plan .17 Relocate and Install/re-install Ducts and Grilles as Per Mechanical Construction Plan .18 Remove Existing Sprinkler. Configure Piping to Relocate Sprinkler Position as Per Sprinkler Plan. Install New Pendent Sprinkler. Provide Fire Watch if Required.
