The City requires a supplier for Portland Cement Concrete which will be utilized towards various Capital Construction Projects, such as Residential Road Renewal locations, replacement of concrete and utility cut locations and repair and replacement of sidewalks in City's maintenance and distress program. The orders shall be placed between April 1st and Novemeber 3rd of 2024. The deliveries will be planned upon Contract execution. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2024 Portland Cement Concrete Supply as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Portland Cement Concrete will be used by Roadways & Transportation, Water Works, Facilities Management Services, and other departments in order to maintain the City of Regina's (City) infrastructure. The material supplied through the annual contract will be utilized for the repair and replacement of concrete structures in our utility cuts, capital, and concrete distress programs. Concrete and slurry mixtures supplied through the award of this contract will be utilized towards various Capital Construction Projects, such as Residential Road Renewal locations, replacement of concrete and utility cut locations and repair and replacement of sidewalks in our maintenance and distress program. These mixtures will also be utilized for repairs and project locations administered by the Facilities and Water Works branches to enhance accessibility while maintaining and improving the pedestrian pathway infrastructure for our citizens and visitors to the City of Regina.
