The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) with qualified consultants for engineering and architectural design that have demonstrated to 3sHealth their capabilities and qualifications to provide services to healthcare public entities. The initial engagement will begin with the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA). 3sHealth, the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), and eHealth Saskatchewan (eHealth), and other healthcare agencies may request for such services during the term of the contract. Respondents that are qualified will have the opportunity to proceed with a Progressive Design-Bid-Build contracting method to deliver the "Project" utilizing a two-step procurement process for selecting the Preferred Consultants that will serve as the Design-Bid-Build for the Project. The Progressive model will include a collaborative design process and will be implementing a fixed price prior to construction activities.
