Description

Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 294-square-foot municipal facility.

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by SaskWater to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Buffalo Pound Non-Potable Water Supply System (BPNPWSS) Regina Regional, Cargill Meter Building Construction of one Meter Building. Tie into the already constructed 300 mm (12 inches) in diameter HDPE Non-Potable Water Pipeline. Scope of services/work will include Structural, Civil, Building Mechanical, Process Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentations and Controls. The proposed Cargil Metering Building has an approximately Gross Floor Area of 27 m2 (294 ft2). The land location is at NW-24-17-21-(1530 B Owens Street, Global Transportation Hub).
