Renovation of a municipal facility in Fallon, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Churchill County Board of County Commissioners is currently accepting bids to perform renovations on approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of the northern portion of the 101-151 N. Maine Street Office Buildings (the "Work") to include the following: Texture and paint walls in offices, hallway, reception area, etc. Remove/replace carpet Remove/replace windows Remove/replace interior doors with solid core, locking doors Remove/replace exterior doors Stucco over brick exterior of the entire building Remove/replace shake shingles and replace with tile Remove any drop ceiling Renovate existing bathrooms. Add additional voice and data outlets as required. Bids shall be awarded on Wednesday February 21, 2024 during a regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at 155 N. Taylor Street, Churchill County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, Fallon, Nevada 89406. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to the office of the Churchill County Public Works Department in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 1.0 A above.
