ODOT is seeking one (1) qualified contractor to provide Janitorial Services at the Lakeview Office. Deadline for questions or requests for clarification 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date for this ITB All inquiries and correspondence regarding thisITB must be submitted in writing via email to the Purchaser identified for this ITB The term of the Agreement begins on the date the Agreement receives all required signatures and is anticipated to be 4 years or when all Contractor obligations under the Agreement are completed in conformance with all applicable requirements, whichever is sooner. Extension options, if any, are set forth in ITB section 2.10 - Amendments to the Agreement.
