The scope of services includes one base scope of service as well as three alternate scopes as described below A. Base Scope: The base scope of services shall include the following services 1. Removal and replacement of the existing controller unit. Replace existing unit with non-proprietary solid state unit, new car top inspection box, new traveler cable, Category 5 cabling and soft starter. 2. Remove and replace the in-car button station with halo-lit lights. Replace existing station with modern panel with tamper proof buttons. Panel shall be in compliance with Fire Code and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Install annunciator, in-car position indicator, cameras and twoway communication systems as required. 3. Remove and replace hydraulic tank. Install new unit including valving, pumps and motors. Install new muffler, sight gauge, thermal overload protection and new shut off valves. 4. Install new surface mounted hall stations with appropriate annunciator, positions indicators and fire service key switches. Install compatible buttons as used in the in-car button station. 5. Install 3D door edge detection system and hooks for Wifi and camera systems with cell phone capability. 6. Replace pit stop switch and new ladder per code. 7. Pull all necessary permits, pass final inspections and load tests and resume normal service.
